Labour requirements for healthy and sustainable diets at global, regional, and national levels: A modelling study. The Lancet Planetary Health.

This review found that significant changes in food systems and diet will be necessary to mitigate climate change and meet sustainability goals. Researchers were able to trace how changes in food consumption would affect food production and associated labor requirements for 20 food groups in 179 countries.
