Shine Africa Foundation (SAF)-Teso , is committed to advancing Planetary Health by addressing the interconnected challenges of environmental degradation, public health, and human rights in the Teso and Karamoja sub-regions of Uganda.

Through integrated programs in climate-smart agriculture, disease prevention, environmental justice, and indigenous advocacy, we work to build resilient, healthy communities.

As a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, SAF-TESO aims to collaborate by sharing grassroots innovations, participating in global learning exchanges, and contributing to joint research and advocacy.

We look forward to co-creating solutions that protect both people and the planet, amplifying the voices of marginalized communities on the global stage.

At Critical Conversations Association, we embed Planetary Health principles into everything we do, recognising the deep ties between human well-being, ecological balance, and cultural survival. Using story, play, and active hope, we spark community-rooted dialogue on population, consumption, and climate—particularly in under-resourced areas where indigenous knowledge is at risk. We’re keen to collaborate with the Planetary Health community and the Planetary Health Alliance to amplify rights-based, arts-led approaches that awaken imagination and inspire collective action. Our goal is a generation of courageous young people ready to face the future with clear eyes, connected hearts, and a sense of agency on a rapidly changing planet.

Dr. Michael People Empowerment Foundation is committed to advancing Planetary Health by empowering communities through sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and public health education. We integrate evidence-based practices into grassroots initiatives—such as demonstration farms, capacity building, and food system innovations—with a strong focus on youth and women empowerment. By joining the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to collaborate with global partners to exchange knowledge, co-design impactful programs, and amplify community-driven solutions that address the interconnected challenges of human and environmental well-being. Together, we seek to build Planetary Health climate change resilient and mitigation, carrying everyone along, leaving no one behind.

EcoServe Development Foundation is dedicated to advancing Planetary Health by fostering a holistic approach that links environmental sustainability with human well-being. Through our innovative, community-driven initiatives, we work to restore ecosystems, promote sustainable livelihoods, and advocate for policies that support both environmental protection and public health. As a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to collaborate with the global community to exchange knowledge, drive impactful advocacy, and strengthen collective efforts to build a healthier, more sustainable future for all.

SIID ERA is a civilizational innovation model rooted in the Global South that integrates frontier science, ancestral knowledge, and regenerative action to promote planetary vitality. We incorporate Planetary Health principles into our initiatives by co-creating local development plans, training transformative leaders, and activating high-impact projects through our regenerative accelerator, N.A.V.E. As participants in the 2025 Planetary Health Ambassadors Program (IEA-USP), we are committed to contributing open methodologies, educational content, and collaborative research to the PHA network. We aim to strengthen South–South and South–North collaborations through shared narratives, tools, and strategic action for a just and thriving planetary future.

Vegan International plans to advance Planetary Health by participating in UN Conferences to network and educate participants regarding the detriments to humans, other species, nature and the planet of Speciesism. Currently Vegan International is promoting a United Nations Convention Against Speciesism which would follow the UN Conventions Against Genocide, Torture, Eliminate Discrimination Against Women, and Rights of the Child. This would give Rights to all Species, and Nature.

The Climate Action Accelerator is committed to advancing planetary health by integrating climate resilience and sustainability into healthcare systems. We collaborate with global partners to develop low-emission, adaptive solutions that address the health risks posed by climate change and other planetary boundaries. Through initiatives like the Future of Hospitals and Health Systems and local partnerships in Africa and South Asia, we co-create context-specific roadmaps and promote knowledge exchange to drive scalable, practical solutions. By joining the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to strengthen transdisciplinary actions and operations that safeguards human health and the natural systems upon which it depends.

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGH) is committed to advancing planetary health through education, research, policy advocacy, and innovation across Asia and beyond. The SDGHI Planetary Health Initiative will tackle the interlinked crises of climate change, environmental pollution, and biodiversity loss by building resilient health systems and catalysing cross-sectoral action. As a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to contribute regional and global leadership, co-create lasting solutions, and champion an integrated, equity-driven approach to protecting the health of people and the planet.

Norwegian Doctors for Planetary Health (Legenes klimaaksjon) is a network of engaged health care workers and students who believe a good environment is the ultimate key to good health. Our purpose is to inform about the health consequences of global warming and destruction of nature and biodiversity, and work to limit these through political, economic and structural measures. We do so by cooperating with other environmental groups and activists, engage in political processes and raising awareness among our peers and the public as whole. Our vision is a healthier and more just world.

Zero Water Day Partnership is a NGO registered in Germany and works with national, European and international partners to promote action in the 5 areas of critical importance for humanity and the planet. ZWDP areas of work cover will feed into PHA networks and activities, including policy and advocacy with a focus on planetary and human health in all polices and youth engagement, a whole schools – whole community approach for environmental and social determinants of health education, and action by creating water walks in support of the ZWDP Saving the World’s Water Towers campaign.

Youth in Public Health is a youth-led organization committed to advancing planetary health through education, innovation, and community empowerment in Indonesia. We integrate the principles of planetary health into our programs: Zero Stunting, GROW, Healthy Teens, and Research Group by addressing the intersections of human health, nutrition, and sustainable planetary health. Through our membership in the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to collaborate with global partners to strengthen youth engagement, share research, and co-develop scalable solutions for healthier people and a healthier planet.

In response to strike a balance between human developmental needs and the limits imposed by the planet, Peking University Institute for Global Health and Development (GHD) launched the project “Planetary Health Axis System” (PHAS). The PHAS initiative builds a multi-theory and multi-layer structured digital system, enabling for the first time a fully global, real-time dynamic, and visually interactive system to map the human development footprints against the limits of the generalized Planetary Boundaries. PHAS is designed as a big data based, AI-supported, dynamic, highly interactive, and interconnected global public platform, drawing on publicly accessible data sources with full transparency to all users. PHAS aims to inspire and establish a Global Borderless Team for its further development and management through the network of PHAS international and regional hubs. We look forward to contributing to and learning from the Alliance community as we work toward a healthier planet for current and future generations.
