- Share PHA’s newsletter with your community to help grow awareness of Planetary Health
- Participate regularly on PHA’s Online Member Community on Hylo
- Announce your PHA membership and keep your community consistently aware of and engaged in Planetary Health initiatives (a communications kit will be provided by PHA!)
- Stay subscribed, read, and contribute to the PHA’s newsletter
- Follow and interact with PHA and #PlanetaryHealth on social media, including the Planetary Health Online Community via Hylo
- Advance Planetary Health through your organizational mission and activities by participating in the member engagement opportunities
- Consult PHA Staff before using the PHA logo (a “member badge” will be provided for external use)
- Designate primary and secondary contacts to act as liaisons with the Planetary Health Alliance
Member Contact Information Sharing Policy
To strengthen collaboration and communication across our global network, as a condition of membership, all member organizations of the Planetary Health Alliance (PHA) agree to the following:
Contact Information Sharing Requirement
Member organizations must consent to the sharing of the names, titles, and contact information of their designated primary and secondary points of contact, or an alternative email address if necessitated by applicable regional privacy laws, with:
- Other member organizations of the Planetary Health Alliance, (via their designated primary and secondary points of contact) for the purposes of collaboration, networking, and member engagement; and
- Their respective Planetary Health Regional Hub(s), to enable coordination, communication, and participation in regional activities.
By maintaining membership in the Planetary Health Alliance, organizations acknowledge and accept this information-sharing requirement.
