The ‘Transition towards Planetary Health’ Knowledge-in-Action Grant is a funding opportunity by the Climate Change Initiative Netherlands (KIN) that supports projects working towards a healthier and more sustainable relationship between humans and the planet. The grant focuses on the concept of planetary health, which recognises that human health depends heavily on the condition of natural systems, including climate, biodiversity, ecosystems, and food systems. With this call for proposals, KIN invites you to explore, through co-creation and a learning-by-doing approach, what ‘planetary health’ might look like in daily practice. Researchers and practitioners can jointly submit an application for up to €50,000 per project by September 22, 2026 (2:00 p.m. CET).
