Prioritizing your well-being and seeking support is essential for sustainable creativity – remember to balance your work with restorative practices. For mutual support and collaboration, you are invited to connect with fellow creators in our community. You may wish to spend time in nature to refresh your inspiration and integrate contemplative practices that nurture both your creative process and personal well-being.
Ground your storytelling in hope while acknowledging the challenges we face and the solutions we can employ.
If you do something on this list or have a Planetary Health communications ‘win’ – we would love to know about it!
