We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming monthly webinar of the Planetary Health Alliance Europe: We are honored to host Thomas Münzel, Senior Professor at University Medical Center Mainz, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Professor Münzel served for more than 20 years as Chief of Cardiology and is a leading expert in vascular (endothelial) dysfunction. His research spans both preclinical and clinical studies, with a growing focus on the cardiovascular effects of environmental stressors, including noise, air pollution, chemicals, plastics, and urban design. He is Chair of the Environment and Sustainability Task Force of the European Society of Cardiology, initiator of the Gutenberg Health Study, and founder of the Center for Thrombosis and Hemostasis. He has authored more than 1300 publications and holds an H-index of 169.
