In losing the cryosphere (the frozen parts of the Earth’s surface), we lose the Arctic sea ice, an essential planetary climate operating system that connects with all of the other components of the Earth’s climate systems. Together we can protect our planetary health.

Go Green Malawi is working to improve Planetary Health by dealing with connected problems like pollution, poor health, and unfair access to resources in rural and low-income communities across Malawi. Through our work in waste management, tree planting, community education, and helping vulnerable people like women and children, we promote good practices that take care of both people and the environment. As a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, we want to share our local experiences, learn from others, and work together on projects, training, and advocacy to make sure African voices are heard in the global efforts for a healthier world.

Farmaekoloji hereby declare that promotion and collaboration of PHA will be priority of all events. Promotion and collaboration shall include festivals, events and social media activities and any other collaboration that PHA requests.

We, at EULER, are committed to advancing the mission of the Planetary Health Alliance through active collaboration and shared purpose. As a international-facing university, we recognize the urgent need to address global health and environmental challenges through collective action.

The Infectious Disease Alliance (IDA) is a global civil society network dedicated to advancing evidence-based policy, advocacy, and research on infectious diseases, including antimicrobial resistance, vaccine-preventable diseases, respiratory pathogens, and zoonoses. Recognizing the deep connections between human, animal, and environmental health, IDA integrates Planetary Health principles across its committees and activities, such as the Infectious Disease Policy Journal and global policy dialogues on AMR and climate-sensitive diseases. By joining the Planetary Health Alliance, IDA aims to collaborate with members worldwide to co-create policy solutions, share knowledge, and strengthen advocacy for equitable, sustainable approaches to global health challenges at the human–environment interface. We look forward to contributing expertise and partnering on initiatives that unite infectious disease policy with planetary stewardship.

Our health is intricately linked to our environment and contribute to our individual and collective resilience within the perspective of natural, anthropogenic and future existential threats. AwareNearth envisions a future where sound governance, scientific understanding, and engaging edutainment empower diverse audiences to connect with nature, building resilience and transforming environmental challenges into opportunities for a sustainable and healthier world for all.

TEAP is committed to advancing planetary health by focusing on youth-led, community-driven approaches that address the intertwined challenges of climate change, mental health, and environmental justice in Africa. We are dedicated to understanding and validating eco-anxiety and other environmentally related emotions for Africans through research, space-making, and community actions. As a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to collaborate with global partners to share insights, co-develop solutions, and support a collective effort to protect the health of people and the planet.

At PEL, we work at the intersection of food, climate, and health to promote the Planetary Health Diet—an evidence-based approach emphasizing plant-forward, sustainable nutrition. We collaborate with NGOs, healthcare professionals, and ministries of health in low- and middle-income countries to educate communities, prevent diet-related disease, and implement food-as-medicine programs. Our goal is to improve medical outcomes while reducing the environmental impact of current food systems. We look forward to collaborating with the Planetary Health Alliance to advance these shared goals and build a healthier, more sustainable future for all.
