Kazunori Masuda

Kazunori is the construction site chief in Metropolis Tokyo. Due to extreme heat, construction during summer daytime has come life threatening. Delay of construction can also impact economy. Construction is connected worldwide as materials and products are imported, impacted by climate change in other countries as well.
