Emma is a fourth-year medical student at Leiden University. Throughout her studies she has been finding opportunities to learn about Global Health, One Health, and health inequalities. Realising the need for climate action and justice to ensure a healthy future, she has become active in Planetary Health educational projects and activism and has attended COP27 to advocate for Planetary Health. The growing movement and organising brings her hope.
