Planetary Health for All and In All: Boosting Urgency and Agency for Systems Change
The Planetary Health Alliance, the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, and Erasmus University Rotterdam proudly co-hosted the Planetary Health Annual Meeting 2025 (PHAM 2025) at de Doelen concert hall in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Building on the momentum of PHAM 2024 in Malaysia, this year’s theme — “Planetary Health for All and In All: Boosting Urgency and Agency for Systems Change” — inspired action and collaboration across disciplines and continents.
The meeting welcomed 500+ participants from 53 countries, featuring 30 sessions, 200+ posters, pitches, and lightning talks, and 12 immersive pre-conference excursions throughout Rotterdam. Esteemed speakers from around the world shared groundbreaking insights, while participants connected through cutting-edge research, creative arts, dynamic discussions, and vibrant social gatherings.
From celebrating a decade of Planetary Health impact to exploring urban forests and systems change in action, PHAM 2025 showcased the depth and diversity of our growing global movement. Thank you to everyone who made PHAM 2025 a success — we look forward to reuniting in Tokyo for PHAM 2027!
