Luísa Souhami Belford Roxo
2023 PHCALuísa Roxo is a Brazilian medical student at UFRJ, where she will graduate in 2027. She has always been interested in social issues in the international scenario, what got connected to her passion for taking care of people. Being proactive is one of her best qualities and it is mostly focused on how to have a positive impact in her surrounding environment. A curiosity to discover new places and different stories has motivated Luísa to look for ways to get out of her comfort zone. She believes that being an example to be followed is the best strategy to make changes for a happier world.
