Mark is a Junior at Georgetown University majoring in molecular Biology with a minor in Public Health. He is a liver cancer researcher at the Lombardi Cancer Center, quantifying DNA damage from carcinogenic exposure. He is a regular invasive species removal volunteer with the National Park Service, a gardening manager for the Georgetown's community garden, and an EMT. He is particularly interested in minimizing the toxicity of industrial pollutants on urban health and surrounding ecosystems.
