Mary Eyram Ashinyo
2023 PHCAMary Eyram Ashinyo is a Physician Specialist in Public Health with emphasis on Health Policy and Systems Management. She works for the Ghana Health Service of the Ministry of Health as Head of Quality Assurance and Deputy Director of the Institutional Care Division, with working experience around patient safety, one health and healthcare quality. Mary is currently a Senior Resident at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Faculty of Public Health where she researches into Health Systems Governance and it’s reforms. She has been a member of the Planetary Health Alliance since 2017 and is excited to be a Planetary Health Campus Ambassador. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Gillings School of Global Public Health, University of North Carolina, USA.
