The PHE Ethiopia Consortium is committed to sustainable development in Ethiopia, and as a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, contributes to Planetary Health research and policy projects, strengthens the presence of Planetary Health in the media, and helps to expand regional and international involvement in the Planetary Health community.

The Philippine Academy of Family Physicians is one of largest medical specialty organizations under the umbrella of the Philippine Medical Association. It is the specialty organization of Family Medicine specialists — primary care physicians dedicated to providing holistic, accessible, continuous, comprehensive, family-centered, coordinated, compassionate and culturally-effective health care.

The Planet Bambi Foundation is committed to integrating the principles of planetary health into our core activities, focusing on the intersection of human health and environmental stewardship. Our initiatives, including educational workshops, community-based conservation efforts, and development of green spaces, embody this commitment. We aim to collaborate with the Planetary Health Alliance by sharing our experiences, learning from global best practices, and contributing to the broader planetary health community’s efforts to promote sustainable living and environmental consciousness. This collaboration is a step towards a more harmonious coexistence between humanity and our planet.

We wish to collaborate in the Planetary Health Alliance to participate in a growing global movement of environmental organizations integrating healthcare strategies into community-based conservation initiatives. We hope to both share what we have learned, and learned from other partners, in order to improve health-environment practices around the globe.

Planet.Health integrates Planetary Health into our work by honoring Indigenous knowledge systems and leveraging emerging technologies to create a translocal network of actions. We facilitate experimental spaces for innovation, host unconference events, and produce online dialogues to address the intersections of climate change and health. By joining the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to enhance collaboration, expand our network, and access resources to amplify our impact. We look forward to partnering with PHA members to develop decentralized tools, share best practices, and drive systemic change for a healthier planet.

The Planetary Health Equity Hothouse addresses three major and interconnected challenges – poor health, social inequality and climate change. The cycle of Planetary Health inequity is aggravated by the global consumptogenic system, which is characterised by institutions, policies, commercial activities, norms and behaviours that encourage and reward excessive production and consumption of fossil fuel-reliant goods and services that are unhealthy and inequitably valued and distributed. The goal of the Hothouse is to generate new knowledge about how to transform the consumptogenic system towards PHE goals. We do this through a governance-focused study: examining the political economy of the consumptogenic system and Planetary Health inequity; identifying the necessary inter-sectoral policies and business practices to promote Planetary Health equity across economic, food and energy systems; revealing how powerful actors, ideas and institutions enable or hinder the development of intersectoral policy and business practices that advance PHE, and ultimately we will identify strategies that socially-oriented actors can use to promote PHE goals. We welcome cross disciplinary, cross sectoral and cross boundary collaboration in research, education and engagement.

Planetary Health for All is a program in Singapore funded by US State Department. We are believers in education especially among youth, and allow them to be agents of change. In order to mold perspectives and allow them to gain exposure to Planetary Health early, understand its implications in the Singapore context, develop solutions to it through design thinking and innovation, and gain early interest in collaborative efforts to promote Planetary Health, “Planetary Health for All” was conceived. We hope to scale this regionally and learn about best practices and past experiences in other parts of the world, both regionally and globally.

Planetary Health Hub the Netherlands is a diverse group of Dutch health care professionals including doctors, nurses, scientists, teachers and students, who are working both in the national and international field. Our mission is to protect the near future on behalf of all children in the world and generations to come. We strive for an exponential acceleration of the crucial transition to a sustainable and healthy society and healthcare sector and for increasing our collective resilience through effective adaptation strategies in a rapidly changing world. Planetary Health Philippines or PH2 is a community of Filipino advocates, scholars, and practitioners for advancing the new discipline of Planetary Health in the Philippines. PH2 is interdisciplinary, intersectoral, intergenerational, and international, consisting of Filipinos based in the Philippines and from around the world. Together, we will cultivate Planetary Health stewardship among Filipinos through education and awareness raising; showcase ideas and innovations that push boundaries and build bridges; shape the country’s national policy and research agenda; provide a platform for creative synergies and futures-oriented solutions; and forge international collaborations to contribute to the healing and renewal of the world.

The Planetary Health Report Card (PHRC), established in 2019, is a student-led initiative evaluating planetary health content in health professional schools globally. Through a metric-based approach, PHRC engages student teams to assess institutions, foster improvements, and track progress, publishing results annually on Earth Day. Expanding rapidly, PHRC has evaluated 100+ health professional schools across 15 nations. Collaborating with planetary health and sustainability experts, PHRC aims to inspire engagement in planetary health education and sustainable healthcare, fostering a healthier future for both patients and the planet.

Our mission is to spearhead transformative action in Planetary Health, guided by the principle of Planetary Health Alliance, and analyze the intricate connections between nature and human activities through a commitment to rigorous exploration, innovative research, and collaborative initiatives. The Planetary Health Research Centre (PHRC) aims to ignite positive action and craft a resilient, sustainable planet for current and future generations by deeply understanding, actively addressing, and skillfully mitigating the intricate connections between environmental change and human well-being, we envision a world where Planetary Health takes precedence, communities thrive, and ecosystems flourish in perfect harmony.

Plant Based Treaty’s mission is to is to promote a shift towards a just, plant-based food system that would enable us to live safely within our planetary boundaries and reforest the Earth. We are creating bottom up pressure for a global Plant Based Treaty attached to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change as well as working on public education campaigns and institutional menu changes. Our tools and trainings help others understand how the food system impacts our planetary health and empower everyone to become advocates for a food system transformation. Our values incorporate deep ecology and climate justice, a democratic organizational structure, DEI, and a globally representative core team and local leadership development.

Plant-Based Canada is a non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being of humans, the environment and all its life forms. Our mission is to educate the public and health professionals on the evidence-based benefits of plant-based whole food nutrition for individual and Planetary Health. We wish to support and collaborate with like-minded organizations to strengthen advocacy efforts around the globe.

PBHP UK supports citizens to transition to a healthy plant-based diet. We provide education and advocacy in the UK. We educate healthcare professionals so they can support their patients and clients to adopt a healthy plant based diet. We aim to collaborate with the Planetary Health community to make plant based diet the default in healthcare institutions.

The Polynesian Voyaging Society’s (PVS) mission is to perpetuate the art and science of traditional Polynesian voyaging and the spirit of exploration through experiential educational programs that inspire students and their communities to respect and care for themselves, each other, and their natural and cultural communities. Our voyaging canoes journey around the world to discover and strengthen a global community working to save our Earth and oceans. By collaborating with the Planetary Health Alliance, PVS hopes to contribute to the wave of action toward an environmentally and culturally thriving world.

The Centre for Studies on Planetary Wellbeing, situated at Pompeu Fabra University, expresses its intention to collaborate actively as a member of the Planetary Health Alliance. Our commitment involves sustained engagement in the advocacy and dissemination of the Planetary Health concept through our Planetary Wellbeing initiative, seamlessly integrated into the educational, research, and outreach frameworks at Pompeu Fabra University. Additionally, we aspire to strengthen partnerships with fellow Alliance members, thereby enhancing the breadth and efficacy of the Planetary Health network through our contributions.

Population Media Center (PMC) combines entertaining fictional stories, aired on TV and radio, with science-driven behavior change techniques. PMC collaborates with the Planetary Health Alliance in communications, focusing on best practices in behavior change communications for Planetary Health. PMC also contributes to the evidence base for informing policy solutions for coincident human health and environmental conservation interventions.

The Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) recognises the primacy of ecosystem processes to human wellbeing. Through research, education and advocacy, it promotes the ecological and social conditions which determine societal and personal health, and works to protect and prevent damage to the natural environment.
