As the 30th UN Climate Change Conference (COP30) convenes November 10-21 in Belém, Brazil, the Planetary Health community will advocate for human well-being—rooted in the health of Earth’s natural systems—through initiatives, campaigns, and activities leading up to and during the summit.

Join the Healthy Planet Now initiative and Global Climate and Health Alliance (GCHA) in urging global leaders to put health at the heart of climate action in COP30 negotiations and NDC implementation. 

More than 150 organisations, experts and activists worldwide have signed the Health Planet Now Open Letter calling on governments and ministers to put health at the heart of climate action and raise the ambition on this critical policy intersection.
