Planetary Health Glossary – Working Group

The Planetary Health Alliance is excited to announce the launch of a collaborative glossary-building project by one of our individual members, Chris Graham, with Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE). The provisional glossary is available at phg.rcpe.ac.uk.

We encourage you to register your interest to be part of this exciting project, and to ensure that the core terms and themes in the field of Planetary Health are as well-represented as possible.

Additionally (and regardless of your intent to participate in glossary development events), you are welcome to submit new term suggestion(s) for the glossary.

Please note that the development of this glossary is iterative, and community-driven: it is meant to reflect expert feedback and terms may have multiple definitions to capture the diverse applications of Planetary Health research. While this project is taking place in consultation with the Planetary Health Alliance, it has not yet been adopted as an initiative under the purview of the Alliance and therefore is intended to stand alone as an independent Open Educational Resource.
