Paul Darrel O. Meneses
2023 PHCAPaul is a 3rd year BS Pharmacy student from Adamson University-College of Pharmacy under the Federation of Junior Chapters of the Philippine Pharmacists' Association (or FJCPPhA) from the Philippines. Paul is currently a student-advocate and a youth-volunteer for various youth and pharmacy organisations within the local, national, and international fields, advocating for youth health governance, participation and development. As the Immediate Chairperson of External Relations and currently an Advisory Board Member from the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) for the 2022-2023 mandate, Paul continuously ensures the active participation and meaningful representation of the Federation's 500,000 or half-a-million pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students along with recent graduates through its external partners ranging from student and youth organisations such as IFMSA, IVSA, IADS & ISOHA to professional federations including networks, forums and alliances such as UN, WHO, UNEP & UNFCCC, bringing IPSF’s vision and priorities while managing the affairs of IPSF and advancing its goals altogether.
