Arnau Queralt-Bassa (Granollers, 1975) holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master’s in Public Management from UAB-UPF-ESADE. He also completed a diploma in European Affairs.

Since 2011, he has been Director of CADS and, since 2020, coordinates the 2030 Catalonia Alliance. He represents the Government of Catalonia in the Sectoral Commission for Agenda 2030.

He chairs the European Environment and Sustainable Development Advisory Councils Network (EEAC) and serves on the advisory board of MedECC. Arnau has also contributed to multiple EU and Mediterranean sustainability initiatives. His work bridges environmental policy, sustainable development, and climate action across Europe.
