Dr. James Chrispin is a medical doctor and global health leader based in Tanzania, with a focus on public health and the intersection of climate change, Neglected Tropical Diseases, and Infectious Diseases. He currently serves as a Planetary Health Alliance Next Generation Youth Council Representative. Dr. Chrispin is also the founder of the CUHAS Planetary Health Club at the Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences and previously served as a Planetary Health Alliance Campus Ambassador in 2023.
With a strong commitment to public health, Dr. Chrispin has demonstrated leadership through his active role on the Mwanza Region Cholera Outbreak Response Team.
