L. Barbour and J. McCartan (March 2025) evaluate the current state and effectiveness of Planetary Health curricula in nutrition and dietetics education across Australia, finding a significant increase in course offerings compared to previous studies. Analyzing 104 degrees offered by 41 Australian universities, the researchers found that 84% of nutrition degrees and 95% of dietetics degrees include relevant Planetary Health content.
