We Are the Possible Planet Forest: 12 Poems for 12 Days of COP30

This collection of 12 poems was shared with world leaders and delegates at COP30 in Brazil. The poems unite the voices, concerns, writing, stories and climate research of over 250 scientists, academics, educators, Planetary Heath experts, youth experts, artists, writers, translators and students following creative writing workshops that connected people around the world.

The Planetary Health Alliance partnered with We Are the Possible to co-host a webinar to allow members of the global network to contribute words and art that were woven together in this anthology. The anthology was created by the University of Exeter with support from the British Council and Met Office.
