Planetary Health Working Groups
Explore the Planetary Health Working Groups collaborating to advance healthier ecosystems to support us all. These groups are guided by the Planetary Health Roadmap and Action Plan, developed at PHAM 2024 under the theme: From Evidence to Action: Confronting Reality.
Communicating Planetary Health
The Communications Group is focusing on four key areas:
- Analyzing the global communications landscape to identify challenges and opportunities (including AI and social media),
- Mapping and prioritizing stakeholders,
- Linking efforts to Malaysia’s National Planetary Health Action Plan (NPHAP) and its behavior change working group, and
- Developing journalist training programs, with 12 workshops planned over three years.
The group is also working to coordinate across all areas on the Action Plan.
