The Earth Journalism Network (EJN), an environmental journalism initiative by Internews, provides reporting grants to journalists across Asian ape-range countries to support in-depth storytelling on conservation challenges affecting orangutans, gibbons, and other endangered ape species. The grant programme aims to strengthen environmental reporting by supporting journalists in producing evidence-based stories that highlight threats to ape populations, conservation strategies, habitat protection efforts, and the relationship between biodiversity loss and human activities.
