Sukher Swarga Foundation is committed to advancing Planetary Health through our work in mangrove conservation, environmental education, and community development in the Sundarbans region. We incorporate Planetary Health principles into our initiatives, recognizing the intricate relationships between human health, environmental conservation, and sustainable livelihoods. By joining the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to collaborate with like-minded organizations, share knowledge and best practices, and amplify our impact in promoting a healthier, more sustainable planet. We look forward to working together to address pressing Planetary Health challenges and promote a more resilient future.

Pesticide Action Australia is a registered charity established to support Australia’s transition towards nature-friendly, sustainable, and healthy alternatives to pesticides.
We take a collaborative and evidence-based approach to our work in this space. We connect advocates and experts engaged in pesticide reduction, from individuals, communities, farmers, scientists, health experts, industry stakeholders and academics, and seek to amplify their voices and scale collaborative action.
The impacts of pesticides on our health and environment are well documented. Pesticide use contributes to biodiversity loss, soil degradation, water contamination, pollinator decline, climate change acceleration and serious human health conditions.
We are committed to enhancing Planetary Health by pursuing meaningful change in pesticide policy and practice.

ISP-PUCE, with its group on climate, community and health (SINDEMIA-CCS) works to gain insights on the impacts of the global intertwined economic, social and environmental crises on health. ISP-PUCE has worked since 1988 all over Ecuador with social organizations, NGOs and government institutions to teach and research health from an interdisciplinary and intercultural perspective. ISP-PUCE is glad to be a part and collaborate actively with the Planetary Health Alliance in order to be a part of this global network and try to explore causes and solutions to this global crisis at a world, regional, national and community levels.

By partnering with PHA and its members, we aim to expand opportunities to:
– Enhance human regeneration – Promoting wellness and health by leveraging the effectiveness of forests for human well-being.
– Support local employment – Creating and strengthening “zero kilometer” job opportunities within the community.
– Engage the local population – Encouraging active participation in our initiatives.
– Reduce tourism-related CO₂ emissions – Implementing sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.

Benadir University is dedicated to advancing Planetary Health through community education, research, and advocacy. We focus on the interconnections between human health and environmental sustainability by implementing programs that promote sustainable practices and conduct research on local health challenges. By joining the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to collaborate with fellow members on research initiatives, share best practices, and enhance our capacity to influence policies that support public health and environmental stewardship. Together, we can amplify our impact and contribute to a healthier planet.

The Xheladin & Xhufe Morina Foundation (XHMF) and its Environmental Neuroscience Research Incubator (ENRI) advance planetary health by exploring how environmental stressors affect brain health, learning, and community well-being. We design and deliver science education programs, community monitoring projects, and data-driven tools that make the links between environmental conditions and mental health tangible for underserved communities. Through collaboration with the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to share our community-engaged research models, learn from global peers, and contribute context-specific insights from the Balkans to the wider planetary health dialogue. Together, we hope to co-create scalable, youth-focused solutions that empower communities to build resilience and protect both human and planetary health.
