Students and staff in the Maynooth University MSc Program in Environmental Psychology will contribute to promoting PHA activities. We will contribute to blogs on PHA and the discipline of environmental psychology and are dedicated to promoting Planetary Health concepts in our own teaching.

The online library MEDBOX (www.medbox.org) aims at improving lives and livelihoods by providing open-access, hands-on information and documents for health care workers, public health professionals and beyond. With a Planetary Health Toolbox, MEDBOX will provide a collection of relevant, best practice documents to support people all around the world working in this field.

MdM Belgium incorporates Planetary Health into its work through the development of One Health projects in Niger and Democratic Republic of Congo to comprehensively grasp human-animal-ecosystem interactions. We collaborate with animal scientists, environmental scientists as well as local actors (community leaders, health professionals, women, children, farmers, and livestock keepers) to mitigate vulnerabilities caused by climate exposurers, and enhancing resilience in the face of climate crises, especially concerning zoonotic diseases, and antimicrobial resistance. We wish to create an innovative consortium of professionals, and creating trusting relationships with the locals through active community engagement.

Together, we at ENTOMED RESEARCH GROUP (Laboratory of Zoological Collection, Butantan Institute / Fundation), have been developing morphological and biodiversity studies related to several insect orders, mainly those of medical interest, always based on One Health concept. Currently, researchs of mosquito pathogen-vectors and moth catterpilars are in progress. In addition, with the view that scientific research should not be limited to the walls of the institution, we also develop educational and scientific dissemination projects. In this way, we can discover and spread knowledge about the wide and fantastic world of medical important insects. Our team is made up of researchers, who with their unique experiences, seek daily to make ENTOMED RESEARCH GROUP a special place to work.

Our collaboration merges efforts to promote health, equity, and environmental sustainability. By combining the expertise and networks of the Medical Society on Climate and Health with the transdisciplinary approach of the Planetary Health Alliance, we aim to enhance our impact on addressing climate change challenges. Together, we empower diverse communities, advocate for health and equity-focused policies, and promote widespread action for a sustainable future. Through collaboration, we prioritize health and equity in the global discourse on climate change, paving the way for a resilient and equitable world.

The UA Zuckerman College of Public Health offers tremendous opportunities to its students for education, research and community involvement thanks to a locale rich in history, research opportunities, and university academic resources.

The Mass General Hospital Center for the Environment and Health works with leadership at Massachusetts General Hospital to integrate environmental sustainability into the clinical, research and educational activities of the hospital, and to improve the environmental health of the hospital, as well as the health and well-being of the communities we serve and beyond. As a partner with PHA, we aim to collaborate with others globally in these efforts.

As a health professions graduate school, the MGH Institute of Health Professions’ overall vision looks to improve health outcomes and equity through innovative education and research. Across this work, we aim to incorporate Planetary Health in all aspects of our campus experience through practices and policies focused on environmental sustainability and integration of climate change within the curriculum. We look to collaborate with the PHA to spread awareness of Planetary Health and expand the resources available for increasing education on Planetary Health to enable healthcare professions to help address the health consequences of climate change.

Migrant Clinicians Network is a global nonprofit organization focused on providing practical solutions at the intersection of vulnerability, migration, and health. We directly serve anyone with an ongoing health need who, because of their vulnerabilities, may be lost to follow-up as a result of the choice to migrate or forced displacement, from temporary, migrant, and year-round farmworkers and dairy workers, to people forced from their homes after a climate disaster or fleeing from disease, violence, or economic instability in their hometowns. As the climate crisis intensifies, more people will be forced into vulnerable conditions that jeopardize their health.

We bring about sustainable, positive changes in health by providing an outstanding program of research, teaching and service – to educate the next generation of public health leaders who endeavor to discover, test and disseminate solutions to health threats and problems; and translate research into effective practices and sound policies

Moms Clean Air Force’s work is focused at the intersection of climate change, air pollution, and the health of children and communities, which falls clearly within the broader domain of Planetary Health. We see climate change as a critical public health issue and look forward to continuing to collaborate with others doing this important work.

The Monash Sustainable Development Institute (MSDI) at Monash University leads interdisciplinary research and education on the intersections between human and environmental health, with a focus on building collaborative and cross-sectoral partnerships to influence policy and practice. We are particularly focused on questions of Planetary Health in Asia-Pacific, and look forward to collaborating with PHA members to advance knowledge and impact in this space.

Mongabay will expand its coverage of Planetary Health issues through our global news reporting across multiple languages. Beyond our core audiences that visit our websites and social media channels, the reach of this content — including articles and video — will be amplified by syndication via third party media outlets. We’ll track the quantitative and qualitative impacts of this reporting to understand how journalism can contribute to on-the-ground change.

The Munich Science Communication Lab is dedicated to further the understanding of communicating Planetary Health. We are a part of the Planetary Health community, to make sure that we are looking into the right questions, and that our findings are implemented in the way the Planetary Health community communicates in the public.

The Mutual Reawakening Collaborative is a group of women who are investigating and promoting dreams of health, of nature, and of a balanced life. We envision an equitable, regenerative and sustainable world where humans and nature function in balance and harmony for the health and flourishing of all. By fostering deep connection with nature, we inspire others and ourselves to imagine, adopt, and share new ways of living.

With roots in the holism of arts-and-culture approaches, K8 has from the beginning embedded questions of innovation in the broader context of a collaborative engagement with environmental, social, and economic transformation. We explore Planetary Health to facilitate the co-creation of viable socio-technological systems and work with others to imagine new forms of collective agency and intelligence.

In our own network or community, we plan to raise awareness about the importance of planetary health through educational campaigns and public outreach programs. By organizing seminars, workshops, and training sessions, we aim to educate individuals and organizations about sustainable practices that can protect the environment and human health.

We intend to actively participate in collaborative projects and initiatives Within the global Planetary Health Alliance community. We will contribute our expertise, research findings, and practical solutions to address planetary health challenges on a larger scale. Through knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities, we seek to foster cooperation among members, exchange best practices, and collectively advance Planetary Health.

Karolinska Institutet (KI) promotes Planetary Health both in education and research. Our university take active part in the work of the PHA Regional Hub Europe and have been part in the e-Planet project financed by the aim to equip health professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to promote and deliver sustainable health care and achieve attitude change. With an online serious digital game, we want to assist higher education institutions in addressing an unmet need and accelerate the implementation of Planetary Health in the medical curricula. KI will also co-chair monthly webinars on Planetary Health for the scientific community.

The Keele School of Medicine, working with our wider university are developing research programmes and curricula for health and students that are aiming to improve the awareness and knowledge of our staff, students and wider health and care partnerships. We are committed to working towards a more sustainable health and care system and are looking to collaborate globally with partners with expertise in this area as together we can make a bigger difference.

As a member of the Planetary Health Alliance, Khazar University contributes to Planetary Health through educating students and community, engaging students, scientists, professionals and governmental organizations to promote understanding of the importance of Planetary Health, and exchanging data and knowledge to recognize and improve human, animal, and ecosystem health issues in Azerbaijan and globally.
