Alysha is a nurse educator and PhD student from the lands now called British Columbia, Canada, with interests at the intersections of nursing, pedagogy, planetary health, anti-colonialism, anti-racism, and multispecies justice and care. She is particularly interested in ecosystem restoration and wildlife rehabilitation as planetary health interventions. Her learning is guided by everyday practices of care, coexistence, and repair that help re-imagine nursing education in ways that support collective flourishing across species.
