Michelle Rozenfeld is a student researcher, author, and youth advocate focused on the intersection of environmental science and policy, food systems, and climate justice. Before turning 18, she wrote a book highlighting green careers and pathways in sustainability, aimed at empowering young people to see themselves in climate solutions. Michelle has conducted agriscience and social science research on soil health, consumer misconceptions about food choices, and sustainable food systems, presenting her work at scientific conferences and partnerships like AAAS and Columbia Climate School. Her interest in planetary health centers on the interconnectedness of human health, ecosystems, and policy, and she is committed to translating science into action through advocacy and education-driven initiatives.
