
Opemipo Ogunkeyede is an environmentalist, global changemaker, and a tech professional, with almost 4 years of experience driving sustainable, transformative impacts in mitigating the complex global environmental challenges of plastic pollution, climate action, ocean conservation across Africa and in the world.
As the founder of The Skills Beyond Green Initiative; an initiative under her company; The SkillsBeyond, Opemipo empowers people across the world on advancing circular economy, environmental sustainability, and climate action while empowering individuals to utilize technology to procure deep-rooted, innovative, tech-driven solutions to mitigate the problems and effect of plastic pollution, climate change and ocean conservation.
Opemipo Ogunkeyede is the world record-holder of the global title, “The African Female with Laurels of 121 Certifications, Badges and Honours”. One of her global stand out achievements across various disciplines in which health is majorly included is earning 121 Certifications, Badges and Honors, from different internationally recognized organizations in the World; World Health Organization (W.H.O), UNICEF, HP , Asian Development Bank , US Institute of Peace , Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) , Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders , Honor Society , Reuters among others – at 18. Opemipo has been featured in several media outlets globally and locally. Additionally, she is a third-year undergraduate at Obafemi Awolowo University.
