Connect with the Global Movement

What is the Planetary Health Annual Meeting?

Held every 18 months, the Planetary Health Annual Meeting (PHAM) aims to connect the global Planetary Health community, cultivate cross-disciplinary collaboration, seek solutions for the grand challenges facing humanity, and provide tools and drivers to support systemic change. All are invited to this convening of scientists, youth, policymakers, educators, private sector representatives, artists, and more.

Previous Planetary Health Annual Meetings

The past seven annual meetings have brought together thousands of leaders from over 130 countries in gatherings held in the United States, Scotland, Brazil, Malaysia, and the Netherlands. Recognizing the key role that East Asia plays in Planetary Health challenges and solutions, PHAM will be held in Tokyo, Japan, co-hosted with the East Asia Hub in Spring 2027.
