The Europe Hub Secretariat

A new phase for Planetary Health in Europe

The European Hub of the Planetary Health Alliance has transitioned to a new Secretariat based in Barcelona, bringing together a cluster of leading institutions across research, policy, education, and health.

This new phase aims to strengthen collaboration and expand the network’s impact across Europe.

PHA Europe Core Partners Platform (2026)

The Core Partners Platform is a light, flexible and collaborative group that supports the strategic development of the European Secretariat.

Established through a co-creation process involving interviews, consultation meetings and a prioritisation exercise, the Platform brings together leading organisations committed to advancing Planetary Health across Europe.

The Platform will meet 2–3 times per year to provide strategic advice, strengthen collaboration and help shape the future development of the Alliance. It is not a closed group and will continue expanding over time.
