We Are the Possible: The Land of Fire – 12 Stories for 12 Days of COP29

This collection of 12 stories was shared with world leaders and delegates at COP29 in Azerbaijan. Over 400 individuals–scientists, health professionals, academics, educators, youth leaders, writers, translators and students–from around the world participated in co-creating the anthology. The Planetary Health Alliance partnered with We Are the Possible to co-host a webinar to allow members of the global network to contribute words and art that were woven together in this anthology.
