The candidate will identify baselines and indicators to evaluate and report the results of short-lived climate pollutant (SLCP) emissions, especially methane, and reduction actions in the waste sector identified as priorities in the GHG mitigation planning tools of the Ministry of Housing City and Territory (MVCT) as the PIGCCS, NDC 2.0 and the Climate Action Act (Law 2169 de 2022).
