After completing her undergraduate degree in Environment and Sustainability with a concentration in Applied Chemistry and minor in Near Eastern Studies, Lauren continues pursuing Planetary and One Health as she embarks on her second year in medical school.
Lauren’s experience has spanned many countries & Planetary health disciplines: from serving as a combat medic in Israel, assisting physicians and veterinarians in New York, and working with global communities responding to natural and anthropogenic disasters.
Lauren’s professional interests include applying planetary health lens in disaster response, infectious disease, and conservation advocacy. Lauren also loves to spend time hiking, dancing, and museuming.
